With departments of sterile liquid and solid production Onko has 2 production facilities with state of art technology and equipments. Onko is the only one pharmaceutical company that uses isolator technology in Turkey. Purpose of this technology is to avoid environmental contamination and also to protect the employees.
Onko has a capability to produce capsule and tablet forms with granulation, tablet and capsule filling lines. The facility also holds an award for local investment in the field of oncology.
Onko vial filling line capability for filling is between 2 ml – 250 ml and also we have a filling capability between 0,2 ml – 5 ml for prefilled syringe (PFS). This two filling lines are dedicated for only aseptic filling. In addition to this information; if necessary, Onko can perform terminal sterilization for filled products.
After filling process optic inspection, labeling, blistering and boxing operations performed in Onko packing area.
Onko produces non-high potent products in this facility. Facility infrastructure consists of generally European brand machinery.
Onko vial filling line capability for filling is between 6 ml – 100 ml and also we have a filling capability between 0,2 ml – 1 ml for prefilled syringe (PFS). In addition to this information; Onko has a capability to perform lyophlization process for vial products. This two lines are dedicated for only aseptic filling. If necessary, Onko can perform terminal sterilization for filled products as well.

Aseptic production is done via isolator technology which is the last trend in the world. Regarding to EU GMP Guideline, inside of the isolator must be A grade and outside of the machine must be at least D grade zone. Onko provides this specific cleanroom design for isolator technology. Also Onko uses isolator technology for weighing and solution preparation processes.
